Digital Products — All Sales Final Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exception — File Issues If you receive a corrupted file or incorrect delivery, email us at support@kawaiista.com and we will resend the correct file promptly.
