How do I receive my order?

All Kawaiista products are instant digital downloads. After successful payment, a download link will be sent to your registered email address immediately.

I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at support@kawaiista.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

How many times can I download my files?

You can download your files multiple times from your order confirmation email or your Kawaiista account.

What file formats do you provide?

Our products are available in PDF and/or PNG format, clearly mentioned on each product page.

Do I need a special printer?

No! Any standard home or office printer works. For best results, we recommend printing on white cardstock or matte paper.

What size should I print?

Each product listing mentions the recommended print size. Most of our products are designed for A4 or US Letter size.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final after download. However, if you receive a corrupted or incorrect file, we will resend the correct file immediately.

What if my file is corrupted or wrong?

Email us at support@kawaiista.com with subject "File Issue - [Order Number]" and we'll fix it within 24–48 hours.

Can I resell or share the files?

No. All Kawaiista products are for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files is strictly prohibited.

Can I use them for commercial purposes?

No, unless a commercial license is explicitly stated on the product page.
